The holiday lighting of the large pine tree next to the Blome building last week was just one of the sparkling NAU traditions this time of year.

NAU's Mountain Campus Transit is getting ready to brighten the streets of downtown Flagstaff during its annual participation in the Northern Lights Holiday Parade that begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the corner of Beaver and Elm. The parade marches south to Aspen and continues east toward Heritage Square.
