NAU helps with phone book recycling

Phone book recycling in the Flagstaff area will continue through July 31, and NAU has partnered with the city of Flagstaff to maximize the collection.

A phone book collection site has been set up at Capital Assets and Services (building 77) in the hallway outside of the grounds department. Anyone may drop off any type of phone book, including NAU's.

Additionally, the Materials Recovery Facility located at 1800 E. Butler Ave. will also serve as a collection site. Phone books cannot be recycled in regular commingled recycle containers.

Phone book recycling can only be done in Flagstaff during this time. The collected books will be transported and recycled by U.S. Green Fiber in Phoenix.
