Film festival a passport to Paris
Paris will shine on the big screen at the second annual Tournées French Film Festival, Feb. 23 and 24 at NAU's Cline Library Assembly Hall.
Five contemporary French films will be screened in French with English subtitles. Many contain adult material.
The Tournées French Film Festival is a program overseen by the French American Cultural Exchange, which awards grants to universities across the United States to bring French film festivals to their campuses.

A film-maker follows the trail of Monsieur Chat, a yellow cat featured in graffiti throughout Paris. The story evolves into a social commentary on French and international politics.

Eighteen different vignettes revolving around Paris are envisioned by American and French directors. The city and its neighborhoods alternately star in the films, play a supporting role or provide a compelling setting within stories of love, humor and horror.
