Phishing scam alert Northern Arizona University has become aware of yet another fraudulent e-mail being circulated to faculty, staff and students this week requesting "NAU Webmail Subscribers" to confirm their webmail accounts by replying to the sender with their e-mail address and password. It is very important to remember that Northern Arizona University never asks for personal information through e-mail. Scam artists use these e-mails to obtain this information and then use it to illegally access your personal accounts. Never respond to e-mails asking for account or personal information and never follow a link within these e-mails. For information or support, contact the ITS Solution Center: (928) 523-1511. |
