Get your health goals on track with NAUfit

A new wellness program will kickoff next month to help employees and students improve overall health.

The Recreation Center, Health Promotions Office and Dining Services have joined forces to create NAUfit, a program that will provide individuals with guidance on achieving fitness goals, managing stress, reaching a healthy weight and making good nutritional choices.

NAUfit runs for 10 weeks from Feb. 13 to April 21. Participants will be provided with weekly activity offerings ranging from personal training sessions to nutrition workshops to Stressbuster events. Progress will be monitored through an online system and prizes will be awarded to active participants throughout the duration of the program.

NAUfit is open to students, faculty and staff and space is limited to 100 participants.

Visit the program website for information and registration.
