Power outage update Crews continue to work on reestablishing power that was lost when construction equipment struck a main power source on Saturday, resulting in sporadic outages on central campus. As a result, the University Union will not open today. See chart below for dining options. Student services are operating today. Gateway Student Success Center will remain open until 4 p.m. today. Other student services, including Financial Aid, Parking Services, Bursar's office and Registrar's office, will remain open until 5 p.m. The NAU ID card office will be closed until Monday at 8 a.m. Beginning at 5:45 p.m., power to central campus will be shut down for about an hour as crews attempt to restore permanent power to the eight buildings affected. These include Cowden, Raymond, McDonald, Tinsley and Wilson residence halls, Gateway Student Success Center, Information Technology Services and the University Union. Internet service and e-mail will be unavailable during the shutdown. The Internet service for scheduling, drop-add, payments and other online functions will not be available until 10 p.m. The on-campus dining options available through today are as follows:
