TERC's Library of Tribal Documents::
The resource center is a clearinghouse and point of contact for information that might be of use to tribal environmental staff. We have hard copy resources available as well as the electronic materials you can access through this page. We love to hear from you, please email, call, write with requests, recommendations, or just to say hello!

Over the years, various tribes have made technical and administrative documents available to ITEP's Resource Center. Their intention is to assist other tribal environmental programs in their efforts to develop similar records and plans. Many of these documents are housed here, at ITEP. Others are kept by the tribe that authored them, but are available upon request.

(Note: These documents have been made available to ITEP in order to assist tribal professionals. They will be shared only with people working with Native American tribes. Other parties may contact the tribes directly if they would like to request a copy of any of these documents.)

Description: Outlines the operations of a tribally-owned laboratory in California.

Title: Groundwater Pesticide Monitoring Project's Quality Assurance Project Plan

Description: Created under a FIFRA grant, this QAPP guides the work of the tribe in monitoring groundwater for pesticide pollution.

Description: This proposal to USEPA Region V simply spells out the Band's interest in achieving Treatment as an Affected State status.
