Tribal Advisory Committee
Northern Arizona University (NAU) and the Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP), in collaboration with a Tribal Advisory Committee, proposes to develop and operate the Tribal Clean Energy Resource Center (TCERC). The Tribal Advisory Committee consists of:

- President Ben Shelley, Navajo Nation
- Chairman Tex Hall, Mandan, Hidatsa, Arikara Nation
- Councilman Paul Ninham & William Cornelius, Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin
- Mike Connolly, Campo Tribe of Kumeyaay Indians
- Jim Grey, Osage Nation, Chairman CERT
- Joe Garcia, NCAI Southwest Region Vice President
- Bob Gough, Inter-Tribal Council on Utility Policy
- Roger Fragua, Jemez Pueblo, Cota Holdings LLC
