Course Description:
The New Source Review (NSR) training course will provide an overview of two rules: 1) the minor NSR rule and 2) the non-attainment major NSR rule. The rules are due to be finalized in December 2007. The two rules will help to fill the regulatory gap and provide certainty to allow for environmentally-sound economic growth in Indian Country. Participants will be given an overview of the rules and information on how these rules could potentially impact individual tribes.
Topics include:
- NSR - Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD)
- NSR - Non-Attainment Area New Source Review (NAA NSR)
- NSR - Minor New Source Review
