Once your data is entered into TEISS, it is easy to look at your data in pie charts, bar charts and tables.
!!!NOTE: TEISS does not write your EI report for you. TEISS is a great way to store your data, it does calculations for you and it even produces nice charts and tables that you can use in your final EI report. You will need to write a report to let people know how you collected your data, what methods you used to do your calculations (the TEISS QAQC functions can help you those two items) and what conclusions or recommendations you've drawn from the information developed.
We discussed using the reports function in brief in Lesson 7. The figure below is a review of what was covered in that section.

The figure below points out some of the main report categories available in TEISS:

Details on using the advanced filter for pollutants to be included in reports:

Examples of both tabular and pie charts are shown in the figure below:

You can print these reports directly from TEISS, using the Print button:

You can export the reports into a pdf or Microsoft Word document. By exporting them to word, you can easily include them in reports you are writing in Word. You can also edit them in Word, removing headings or any text you don't need, or adding text to make the meaning of the table clearer. To export use the report export button.

Once you click on that button, an Export dialog box will come up, allowing you to select what kind of file you'd like to export in to. Select the report type, then you will be prompted for a location to save the exported file.
