The ITS etc. Web site is maintained by John Kafalas, Information Specialist for ITS. Besides maintaining this site, I edit the semesterly ITS Info newsletter and write news stories for Inside NAU, as well as taking care of other editorial tasks within ITS. I'm also a member of the ITS Web Presence Steering Committee.

My regular office hours are M-F, 8:00am to 12:00 noon, with minor variations depending on my academic schedule (I'm a part-time accounting major at the College of Business Administration).
