NAU faculty and staff may be assigned Qwest World Card calling cards to use while traveling on university business.

The NAU department or college must submit the request for the calling card on a MAC (move,add,change) form. The request should include the name of the faculty/staff person that the card will be assigned to and the agency/orgn that the charges for the card will be billed to.

Calling card rates:

Intra-state .08 cents per minute and a .35 cent surcharge per call.

Inter-state .08 cents per minute and a .35 cent surcharge per call.

Intra-state calls from payphones are .35 cents per minute and a .30 surcharge per call.

Inter-state calls from payphones are .35 cents per minute and a .30 surcharge per call.

Lost or stolen cards:

If you loose or misplace your NAU Qwest World Card calling card, call Telecomm Support at (928)523-7474. We will have the card cancelled. Your department will need to submit a MAC form to request a replacement card.
