What Is It?The Meet Me Conference feature allow up to 12 parties either
on-campus or off-campus to call into a single telephone number and be
joined in a conference call. People calling in from long distance
locations will pay their normal long distance charge.
How Does It Work? The first person to call into the conference will hear
the ringing sound until the second party calls in. When the second
party is connected, the first caller will hear a beep and the ringing
sound will stop. The first and second party will be connected and may
begin talking. Each time a new party enters the conference, the
parties already talking will hear the beep.
