The current year's NAU Information Directory is produced in September of each year and is normally delivered to departments the end of October. Additional copies are available at the Information Systems building #54.

How to Obtain the NAU Information Directory
Directories are delivered to all buildings on campus. Extra directories are available at the front desk of Information Systems (building 54). If your department did not receive new directories, call ITS at x3-2971, or stop by building 54 and pick up additional copies.
If you are located outside of Flagstaff, you may have a directory mailed to you. Please call (928) 523-2971.
How to Update Information in the NAU Information Directory
Introductory Information Pages and Emergency Procedures Manual are maintained by ITS Departmental
WebTech team. Corrections or submissions may be made by emailing Ask-WEbTech@nau.edu.
University Offices and Related Agencies are maintained by a representative from each office via a
web-based application. For information, please contact the Solution Center at x3-1511.
Faculty/Staff Listings are generated from official university records taken from submitted P.A.R. forms. Contact information and instructions on updating your information can be obtained by visiting the Human Resources web site and selecting "Contact" or by contacting your HR representative listed on that page. Your personal contact information is not published in the NAU Information Directory.
Student Listings are generated by pulling information from the Peoplesoft/Louie system. To change that information or modify your FERPA publish authorizations, log into Louie and select Self-Service.
The Flagstaff directory is usually available on campus by the first part of May. Visit the Qwest Dex site for both business and residential listings.
How to Obtain the Flagstaff Telephone Directory
