Transferring
Calls Into Voice Mail
To create a voice mail account call
Telecomm Support at x37474. You will be given your unique 5-digit voice
mailbox number, and the default security code to use the first time.
ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS
SINGLE
USER VOICE MAIL
SHARED EXTENSION VOICE MAIL

- From on campus: Press

or press the "voice mail" or "CLBK" button.
- From off campus: Dial (928)523-6225.
- Press the
button.

- From your office phone: Press
the
button.
- From any other phone: Enter
your five (5) digit mailbox number.
- Enter your security code (5 to 10 digits).

While in your mailbox:
- For general help press the
button at the "Ready" prompt.
- For help on a specific function press
the
button
followed by the number button corresponding to that function.

Note: If you do not exit your mailbox correctly, messages that you have
erased may return as new mail.
- Press the
button to initiate the exit.
- Then:
- Press the
button to exit.
- Or, press the
button to make another call or enter another mailbox.
- Or, press the
button to continue to use your mailbox.

- New Messages
- At the "Ready" prompt press the
button to listen to the first new message.
- Press the
button to listen to the next message.
- Refer to the "While Listening to Messages"
table below for other options while listening to your mail.
- Saved Messages
- To access your saved messages press
the
buttons.
- Then press the
button to listen.
- Press the


buttons to return to your new mail.
- Refer to the "While Listening to Messages"
table below for other options while listening to your mail.
