Hardware and Warranty Information
Supported hardware for Enterprise Voice
ITS supports the following list of hardware for use with Enterprise Voice. The recommended list is based off of pilot user feedback, manufacturer reputation and ITS experience with Jabra products. ITS will not support any other type of headset, and strongly recommends you purchase through the ITS Store so we may provide warranty service on your device.
|Jabra GN 9330 USB||Wireless headset. ($195) This product comes with a one year warranty. The warranty is from valid the original date of purchase.|
|Jabra GN 2000 USB||Wired headset, monaural. ($85) This product comes with a two year warranty. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.|
|Jabra GN 9350||Wireless headset, allows connection to a desk phone and OCS, for those who have multiple lines through OCS and PBX systems. ($265) This product comes with a one year warranty. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.|
|Microsoft LifeCam VX-5000||Cam includes microphone. Requires speakers or headphones for incoming audio. Three year Limited warranty. ($30) Details enclosed with Cam.|
|Logitech Orbit AF QuickCam||Cam includes microphone. Requires speakers or headphones for incoming audio. Two year limited warranty. ($128) Details enclosed with Cam.|
You may purchase any of these supported devices through the
ITS will place the hardware order on your behalf. Upon receipt of your headset from our vendor, PC Support will contact you and make an appointment for the installation and configuration of your headset.
Warranty service for supported hardware
All warranty/repair issues should be reported to the Solution Center at 523-1511. ITS will work with the vendor on all warranty/repair issues, and will provide loaner hardware while yours is being repaired.
