As an affiliate of
the University, you are responsible for understanding the
policies that govern the services that you have been provided.
It is your responsibility to review and adhere to the:
Failure to comply with Northern Arizona University’s written usage policies, regulations and guidelines are subject to escalating consequences to include permanent revocation of University affiliation status. |

| • | Your affiliation with Northern Arizona University is governed under the University Affiliation/Affiliate Policy. | ||||||||
| • | A list of services will be automatically assigned to you. Your sponsor or contact will provide you with a list and definition of these services. Additional services can be granted via alternative authentication procedures (see Requesting Additional Security or Services). | ||||||||
| • | Your affiliation with the University will be reviewed on a periodic basis. Information regarding changes to your affiliation will be communicated to you and to your sponsor and contact. |
