Things you should know
 
As an affiliate of the University, you are responsible for understanding the policies that govern the services that you have been provided.  It is your responsibility to review and adhere to the: 
  Email Usage Policy
Network Acceptable Use Policy for Faculty and Staff
  Security Policy
  FERPA Data Management and Data Security Policy

Failure to comply with Northern Arizona University’s written usage policies, regulations and guidelines are subject to escalating consequences to include permanent revocation of University affiliation status.

Your affiliation with Northern Arizona University is governed under the University Affiliation/Affiliate Policy.
A list of services will be automatically assigned to you.  Your sponsor or contact will provide you with a list and definition of these services.  Additional services can be granted via alternative authentication procedures (see Requesting Additional Security or Services).
Your affiliation with the University will be reviewed on a periodic basis.  Information regarding changes to your affiliation will be communicated to you and to your sponsor and contact.
