Student Health Tip

Mid-terms are almost here!
If your student seems stressed and anxious about mid-term projects and exams, encourage him/her to visit the Rec Center for a quick but quality workout. He/she can choose from diverse group exercise classes, weight training, or an informal sporting activity such as racquetball or basketball. You could even treat her/him to a relaxing yet energizing massage.
