President John D. Haeger
addressed faculty, staff, students, and the Flagstaff community
at a forum on Thursday, September 4
at the new High Country Conference Center. His address, A
Profile of a University on the Move, discussed the upcoming
construction projects on campus. He also addressed the
enrollment outlook and the university budget.

available online
The
Parents’ Association offers a free online
Parent Handbook
that answers many frequently asked questions. This resource
provides information for parents, including important phone numbers,
the study abroad program, disability resources, transportation, and
student privacy.
Employment fair a huge success
Over 2,000 students attended the Student
Employment, Volunteer, and Student Organization Fair on August 24.
Eighty on-campus departments, off-campus companies/volunteer
agencies, and
student clubs were present, giving
students many opportunities to get involved.
If your student is
still looking for a job, encourage them to access on-campus job
listings through
Gateway Connects.

Fiesta Bowl Tournament starting
Friday at the Rolle

soccer teams travel to
Oregon to take on Portland
and Washington.
The football team is off this week but returns next week
