* Please note that in most cases, photography support is offered at no cost. However, in situations when the request is a rush or last minute request, we may have to charge $8.00/hour for the photographer's time on-site and processing/troubleshooting time. If special props are requested and the Marketing department must buy them, we must charge your area/org.

** Please note that the best photographs taken will be placed on the university's online photo gallery, and available for use by other campus departments.
