CD-Rom Duplicating
We can duplicate your CD-ROMS! Provide us a master and we can quickly turn around copies for class or departmental use. 1-2 business days. Copyright cleared material only.
$1.10 per CD includes CD and paper sleeve
$2.50 per CD includes CD, paper sleeve, and color label
VHS Duplicating
Need copies of VHS tapes for your class or department? We can duplicate copyright cleared material. Depending upon length of tape and quantity 2-7 business days.
$5.00 per copy 60 - 120 minutes in length includes VHS tape
$4.00 per copy <60 minutes in length includes VHS tape

Digitized Video Clips on CD-ROM
We take your video clip (on VHS tape or other format) and digitize the video. We then compress and save the video in computer format (such as QuickTime). Finally, we save the file on a CD-ROM and create copies for you to distribute. The costs below include all media (CD-R and paper sleeve). Video length of 30 minutes or less is recommended to ensure viewing quality. If you desire plastic case and/or labeling call for the additional cost. For video over 30 minutes call for technical advising.
$75.00 digitizing fee + $1.10 per copy
Color Printing

Equipment Check-Out
Only available for benefit eligible employees. Equipment can be reserved 10 business days in advance. Contact Charlene Wingo at 523-2208 to reserve.

Rent the Lab!
The lab can be rented to conduct your own training sessions! Prices vary depending upon whether you are on-campus, non-profit, or profit but range from $25 - $100 / hour. Our lab includes eight workstations, one teaching station connected to a rear-projection SMART board, color printer, and more. We can even install software for your training. Call us for details!
AZTEC Lab Service Policies
All non-grant-related services are provided on a cost-recovery basis. All prices include travel and setup time and travel expenses. Because travel cost vary depending upon location, call for a quote for your training needs. One day rates in Arizona average $300 - $1,200 inclusive regardless of the number of people. Our training costs are often less than $15 per person!
