Electron Microprobe Laboratory!
The NAU Electron Microprobe Laboratory is located in Bilby Research Center, Northern Arizona University. It was established in 1990, equipped with a fully automated ETEC Autoprobe. In 1999, the lab installed a Cameca MBX microprobe on permanent loan from NASA. This fully automated instrument is equipped with three WDS spectrrometers (TAP, PET, LIF crystals), secondary and backscatted electron dectectors, and an EDS system.
