TRADITIONAL MUSIC LESSONS
The Music Division offers private instruction for most instruments and vocal areas. Students enrolled in private instruction are encouraged to participate in recitals and performance opportunities each semester.
- Weekly lessons are available on string, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments as well as guitar, piano and voice.
- The abilities and study needs of each student are evaluated when teacher assignments are made.
- Private lesson fees vary depending on the instructor's training and teaching experience.
- Individual lesson times are scheduled directly with the instructor after enrollment.
- Vocal students must be 13 years or older to avoid damage to growing vocal cords.
After you register, your instructor will contact you to arrange the time and day of your lesson.
Additional study materials and/or instrument rental may be required by the instructor and may be purchased at local music stores.
