Dynamic Retention and Graduation Analysis
Extract Date:  11/23/2009

This information is a snapshot of all students assigned to a cohort since 1994 (First time Freshmen, New Lower Division Transfer and New Upper Division Transfer). As this information is updated daily, current data may be different from the previous day, and may change again the next day. It is important to note that degrees earned are still being posted from previous semesters, and therefore the numbers for degrees earned may also change slightly due to daily updates.

Note: The program/plan used in cohort reporting and assignments is the program/plan in effect on the day the cohort process is run. (The cohort process is run immediately after the census process each fall and spring terms.) This program/plan coincides with the census-day major and adheres to the IPEDS regulations for cohort reporting.

Each cohort population is established using the official student population; that is, the students who were included in the SCH and FTE calculations provided for state funding. Subsequent retention of each cohort is based on any enrollment, official or unofficial.
