Planning Resources
Strategic planning is a systematic management tool allowing the university to periodically
review internal and external influences on its constituents, to formulate directions for
fulfilling the mission, and to monitor progress toward the goals. It is a constant, collaborative
process of realigning the institutional goals with a changing environment.
