TRESPASS: On 09/13/14 at 02:03, Cpl. Shiffer reported being out with a subject at the High Country Conference Center.

Subject was trespassed from Drury Inn and left the area.

TRESPASS: On 09/13/14 at 03:06, a resident at Hilltop
Townhomes called to report a male subject trying to break into
her apartment.

Cpl. Shiffer, Officer Cooper, and Officer Watson were dispatched. Male subject was trespassed from Hilltop

03:57 DRUG OFFENSE: On 09/13/14 at 03:57, reference blotter entry
# 16, RA at Reilly Hall reported finding marijuana while the
subjects were causing a verbal disturbance.
Cpl. Shiffer was dispatched. Officer
Watson and Officer Cooper assisted.

10:05 CRIMINAL DAMAGE: On 09/13/14 at 10:05, Cpl. Hunter
reported graffiti on the South East corner of Knoles and
Occurred between 9/11/14 at 10:00 and
9/13/14 at 10:00. Closed/Leads
exhausted. Refer to DR 14-0959.

13:25 DRUG OFFENSE: On 09/13/14 at 13:25, dorm staff at Allen
Hall reported the smell of Marijuana in the building.
Cpl. Hunter was dispatched. There was
no answer at the suspected door.

19:19 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 09/13/14 at 19:19 hours, staff at Taylor Hall called to report that a student had been assaulted
outside of the building.
Officer Greenwald dispatched. Sgt. O’Hagan, Sgt. Mihalik, and Officer
Watson assisted. The victim was taken to FMC by his friends for further
medical evaluation and treatment. The
suspect was located at Sechrist Hall,
arrested, and booked into CCSO Jail for
aggravated assault. Refer to DR# 14-
0962. A-list page-out was sent.
22:39 DRUG OFFENSE: On 09/13/14 at 22:39 hours, Wilson Hall staff called to report the odor of marijuana coming from one of the
Officer Cooper dispatched. Cpl. Shiffer
assisted. Unfounded.
23:09 DISTURBING THE PEACE: On 09/13/14 at 23:09, a resident at
The Suites called to report skateboarders being loud near building
Cpl. Shiffer was dispatched and Officer Cooper assisted. Made contact with two subjects who advised they would
discontinue skateboarding. Everything
was fine.
