MEDICAL ASSIST/TRESPASS: On 07/14/12 at 13:36 hours, an employee at the Cline Library called to report an unconscious
subject in the lobby.

Officer Cordova, Flagstaff Fire
Department, and GMT dispatched. The subject was extremely intoxicated and combative. Cpl. Mihalik and Officer Bense dispatched. The subject was
transported to FMC for medical
treatment and then booked into CCSO by Officer Cordova for trespass. For

WARRANT ARREST: On 07/14/12 at 13:59 hours, Cpl. Mihalik
reported being out with three subjects at Lot 3.

Officer Bense assisted. Flagstaff Fire Department and GMT dispatched and transported one subject for extreme
intoxication. Cpl. Mihalik arrested a
second subject for an outstanding
warrant and booked the subject into
CCSO jail. The remaining subjects were
field-interviewed, warned of trespass
and left the area. Refer to DR# 12-0720

THEFT: On 07/14/12 at 15:14 hours, staff from the HCCC called
to report the theft of merchandise from a conference vendor.
Occurred today between 12:00 and 13:20 hours.

Officer Bense dispatched. Closed, leads
exhausted. Refer to DR# 12-0722
