DRUG OFFENSE: On 01/17/15 at 00:13, staff at Tinsley Hall
reported an odor of marijuana.

Sgt. Tritschler dispatched. Officer Hinte
assisted. Three trespass warnings given to non-students. Two students criminally
deferred. Refer to DR# N15-00045

00:17 DRUG OFFENSE: On 01/17/15 at 00:17, staff at Reilly Hall
reported an odor of marijuana.
Officer Hinte dispatched. Odor had
dissipated prior to officer arrival.

00:45 DRUG OFFENSE: On 01/17/15 at 00:45 staff at Calderon
Learning Community reported the odor of marijuana.
Officer Hinte dispatched. Faint odor
detected. No answer at the suspected
room.

01:09 DISTURBING THE PEACE: On 01/17/15 at 01:09, staff at Sechrist hall reported a verbal dispute between two subjects. Sgt. Tritschler dispatched. Officer Hinte
assisted. Subjects were located north of
Allen Hall. Subjects denied any dispute
between them. Witnesses in the area
advised they had heard no dispute. Field
interview conducted.

01:36 DISTURBANCE OF THE PEACE: On 01/17/15 at 01:36, staff at Hilltop Townhomes reported a loud party. Officer Hinte dispatched. Sgt. Tritschler
assisted. Nonresidents left the party.
Residents advised they would be quiet.
No further action taken.

11:34 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 01/17/15 at 11:34, a student’s
father reported that his daughter’s phone had been taken from her
by her boyfriend in Reilly Hall.
Officer McGuire, Officer Greenwald,
dispatched. The student and her
boyfriend were contacted in Reilly Hall.
He was found to have physically
assaulted her earlier in the day. He was
booked into CCSO Jail for domestic
assault and disorderly conduct.

14:29 DRUG OFFENSE: On 01/17/15 at 14:29, a student reported that
he had been offered drugs at Lot 30.
Officer Bense, Officer McGuire,
dispatched. Contact made with the
suspects. They were performing a social
experiment and not selling drugs. No
criminal activity witnessed.

20:17 THEFT: On 1/17/15 at 20:17, staff from the University Union
called to report a subject that stolen goods from the Wedge.
Occurred on 1/17/15 at approximately 19:16 hours.
Officer Bense dispatched. The subject
was not located at their residence but
will be criminally deferred for theft of
goods. Refer to DR# N15-00050.
