vehicle had been hit at the Eastburn Building while she was at the
university.

Officer Greenwald was dispatched.
Occurred on 09/05/14 between 08:30

DAMAGE TO STATE PROPERTY: On 09/05/14 at 14:44, a
staff member reported that a semi-truck had knocked over a stop
sign near Old Main.

Officer Greenwald was dispatched.
Parking Services was contacted to install
a temporary stop sign.

16:08 CRIMINAL DAMAGE: On 09/05/14 at 16:08 a student called in
to report that her vehicle had been broken into at an unknown
time in the Hilltop Parking Garage. No property was removed
from the vehicle.
Officer Park was dispatched; refer to
DR# 14-0918. Case closed, leads
exhausted.

16:42 HARASSMENT: On 09/05/14 at 16:42 a student at Cowden Hall
reported that she was receiving harassing text messages from a
subject in Mesa.
Officer Greenwald dispatched. The
messages are part of an ongoing issue;
refer to DR #14-0919. Open/pending
further investigation.

16:55 BIKE THEFT: On 09/05/14 at 16:55 a student at Pine Ridge Village reported that his bike had been stolen between 08/27/14
at 17:30 and 09/01/14 at 17:30. Bicycle description: Specialized
Rockhopper black, with red accent and red handlebar grips. Front
suspension and disc brakes.
Sgt. Mihalik dispatched; refer to DR #
14-0920. Bicycle was entered into
NCIC. Case closed, leads exhausted.

17:58 SEXUAL ASSAULT: On 09/05/14 at 17:58 a subject reported
that she had been sexually assaulted at McKay Village by an
NAU student while visiting her friend at McKay village
approximately 08/29/14 at 0200.
Officer Greenwald dispatched; refer to
DR#14-0922. The victim declined to aid
in prosecution. Information only.

19:20 NON INJURY ACCIDENT/DRIVING ON SUSPENDED
LICENSE: On 09/05/14 at 19:20 a CCSO deputy passing through
campus observed an accident on San Francisco and Pine Knoll.
Officer Park and Officer Watson were
dispatched. The at fault driver was cited and released for driving with a
suspended license, no driver license in possession and failure to control speed
to avoid a collision. The vehicle was
also towed for a mandatory 30 day
impoundment. Refer to DR#14-0922.
