MyNAU Help
How to Enable Cookies
MyNAU requires that cookies be
enabled on your browser. Choose your browser type and version
from the list below for instructions.
Open up your browser and perform the following steps:
- Select Tools -> Internet Options
- Click the Security Tab
- Click the button marked Custom Level
- Scroll through the list of options until you get to Cookies and mark the checkboxes
for Enable. Note: You do not have to enable "Allow cookies that are stored on your
computer". As long as you have enabled "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)", you
will be able to log in to myNAU.
- Click OK
Open up your browser and perform the following steps:
- Select Tools -> Internet Options
- Click the Privacy Tab
- Move the slider to your desired privacy level. You will need to have your setting on
Medium High or lower for MyNAU to be able to leave cookies.
If you set the privacy level for higher than that you will not be able to login to MyNAU.
- Click Apply
- Click OK
Open up your browser window and perform the following steps:
- Select Edit -> Preferences
- In the left box select Advanced
- In the Cookies box select Accept all cookies
- Click OK
Open up your browser window and perform the following steps:
- Select Edit -> Preferences
- Click the triangle next to Privacy & Security
- In the submenu choose Cookies
- In the Cookie Acceptance Policy window click the radio button Enable All Cookies
- Click OK
Open up your browser window and perform the following steps:
- Select Tools -> Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- In the middle of the dialogue box, inside Cookies click Accept cookies from sites
- In the dropdown below select Keep until: until they expire
- Click OK
