Entertainer Fees

POLICY:

A properly executed contract shall authorize payment for entertainer fees. In order to expedite payment to the entertainer to meet many entertainers' requirements for payment immediately after the performance, no further Purchasing Services approval is required. Entertainer's fees may be paid via the issuance of a Departmental Purchase Order (PD), or other method deemed appropriate by the Accounts Payable Department, upon presentation of an executed contract.
