Purchasing Policy and Procedure


State Contracts

POLICY:

Contracts of the State Purchasing Office for the purchase of certain supplies and equipment are available for the University to use. These contracts will be used when they are in the best interest of the University.

The purchase of items from state contracts does not require additional competitive bidding, as vendors already have been determined by a sealed competitive bid process.
