The City of Flagstaff commissioned the Social Research Laboratory at Northern Arizona University to conduct a survey of Flagstaff residents, focusing on residents’ evaluations of municipal services. The Social Research Laboratory conducted similar surveys in December 2000, September 2001, and November 2002. The most recent survey instrument was collaboratively developed by the City of Flagstaff and the Social Research Laboratory, and featured a core block of questions from the previous surveys as well as a series of new questions on street and traffic conditions in Flagstaff. |
