The BLM customer research at the Washington Office has been conducting its online customer survey on the BLM feedback website (http://www.blmfeedback.com/index.html) since September 5th, 2002. In October, 2004, BLM contracted with the Social Research Laboratory (SRL) at Northern Arizona University to conduct a study of BLM online customer survey (OCS) data. Subjects of customer feedback include: (1) Rangeland Management: Grazing Permits and Leases (2) Information/Visitor Center (3) Land Management Transactions (4) Minerals Filing and Information (5) Oil and Gas Operations (6) Rights-of-Way Customers (7) Recreational Permittees. |
