Code of Conduct Violation
If you believe a student has violated NAU's Student Code of Conduct, please feel free to contact
the Office of Student Life at 523-5181 or print out our referral form, fill it out, sign it and send it to
Eric Yordy, Assistant Dean of Students at Box 6015, campus mail. Please check out our
