Virtual Lab through MyNAU

Virtual Lab connectivity is available through the Learning Tab in the MyNAU Portal.

  1. To connect to the Virtual Lab through MyNAU you MUST be using Internet Explorer. After clicking on the Learning Tab, scroll down until you see the channel which looks like this:

  2. To connect, simply click the "Connect" button.  If you are using Internet Explorer and it is configured properly, you will see the window below open to finish connecting to the Virtual Lab.  Click the connect button in the window and enter your UID and password when prompted.  If you don't see the window below you may see an ActiveX error, follow these instructions to fix this error.

  3. If you are using any browser other than Internet Explorer you will not be able to log into the Virtual Lab using this method, you will need to use the Remote Desktop Client or Internet Explorer to connect.  If this is the case you will see the channel like this:

If you see an ActiveX error the first time you connect, follow these steps.
