Have you or someone you know been confused about labels and stereotypes involving the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Transgender community? Do you have concern with use of language and fear that you will offend if you were to ask questions? Please join us and learn more about these complex, and sometimes “taboo” subjects. You will have an opportunity to meet and ask questions to individuals who will openly share their experiences in a welcome and open atmosphere after a presentation that addresses these issues.

Wednesday, September 30 ~ 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. in SBS W 100
Welcome the Semester, Meet Faculty

Wednesday, October 21, 2009 ~ 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. in SBS W 100

Thursday, November 12, 2009 ~ TBA

The WGS brown bags are a great way for WGS majors, minors and potential majors and minors to come to know each other, the program and the faculty.
